SOIA Members are gathering at the Crown Plaza - Crystal City (Arlington, VA) to rendezvous for the Army Navy game. Tentative game day muster is 9am at the hotel for transportation to FedEx field and pre-game tail gate festivities. City excursions (to be arranged) are planned for that Friday before.
